Shows cities, towns, and smaller communities; major and minor roads and railways; county boundaries and names; National Parks, National Forests, National Wildlife Refuges, Wilderness Areas, State Parks, State Forests, Indian Reservations, and military bases. Major land lines are delineated. The map is gridded with lines of latitude and longitude at one degree intervals.
The sample above shows the full map. At right is a detail from the eastern portion of the map. Nothing of bordering areas outside Minnesota is shown, other than state boundaries and lakeshores.Note the publication date: These are not maps to buy for the latest roads, but for the portrayal of the topography.
