This map clearly shows you the "basin and range" topography of the Silver State. Produced in cooperation with the Nevada Bureau of Mines and Geology, University of Nevada, Reno, this map has every major range and valley labelled plus the lesser task (in this sparsely populated state) of indicating every city and town. Also shows highways and railroads. Please note that the raised relief is not precisely executed: It does not always match the printed depiction of the mountains.
Scale: about 1:1,584,000 (1 inch = about 25 miles). Size: about 17 x 22 inches.
